‍🚀 Epix October Update: New Features You’ll Love! 🚀

Hey Epix users! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share the exciting updates and improvements we released last month. These new features are designed to enhance your productivity, simplify workflows, and provide you with more insightful data. Let’s break down the key updates! 👇

General Improvements 🌟

• Analytics: Added a Productivity Balances tab to view the open balances of your employees in self-service. 📊
• Fix: The day definitions order is now determined rather than appearing in a random order on the config page. 🔄
• Fix: Deleting a team now correctly removes its members! 🚫👥
• Translation: Improved clarity for validation message ADD001. 🗣️
• Sorting: Correct sorting for country, currency, and nationality lists. 📋
• Calendar: Resolved an issue where the screen didn’t refresh when adding multiple days at once. 🔄📅
• Contract: Now determining the next free EmployeeNumber in line if the employee number is empty. 🆕

Country-Specific Features 🌍

• Netherlands‍
  • Solved data transfer issues to Nmbrs by implementing a throttling mechanism to manage speed. 🚀
  • Added the option to configure the Debtor as an overarching level over employers for better selection in Nmbrs. 💼
• Germany
  • New fields added to the German closure file. 📄
  • Added a Family State tab to the German closure file. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
  • Included a description with a link to DE statutory health. 🏥
  • Work schedule information added in the DE closure file. ⏰
• Spain: Introduced the contract information for our Spanish provider. 🇪🇸 and added this information to the closure file. 📥
• Czech Republic: New specific options for gender and civil state have been added. 🇨🇿

Document Management 📂

• We are excited to announce the release of our Document Management System! 🎉 You can now configure document management per employer or paygroup and distribute folders to the self-service application like car policy documents. On the other hand, on contract level also folders can be shared to the employees like payslips, contracts, certificates, ...or more!

Coming Up: Pay Periods ⏳

• We’re working on extending pay periods from monthly to include bi-monthly and even 1, 2, or 4-weekly options. This feature is currently being implemented and will be released soon! 📅
