🚀 Epix Feature Release: Enhancing Your Core HR and Payroll Experience 🌟

We're thrilled to announce some exciting new features and updates for our Epix Core HR and Payroll SaaS Platform. Our goal is to continuously improve your experience, streamline your international payroll processes, and make HR management more efficient. Here's a rundown of what's new!

Absence Self-Service 🌐

• Document Management for Sick Notes 📄: Employees can now attach sick notes directly to their absence requests. HR can mandate this attachment, and a validation warning will appear if it’s missing.
• Nightly Access Check 🌙: Automatically revoke self-service access and remove individuals from team structures when they are out of service.
• Yearly Grouping of Requests 📅: Absence requests are now grouped by year, making it easier to navigate and read.
• Balance Overview Self-Service ⚖️: We fixed a bug that allowed users to navigate to non-existent previous years.
• Rename 'Cancel' to 'Remove' ❌: To avoid confusion, the 'Cancel' button on requests has been renamed to 'Remove' to clarify that the request itself will be deleted.

Analytics 📊

• Productivity Analytics Page 📈: Our new productivity analytics page is live! The first tab is ready, providing insights into work hours, illness, overtime, leave rights, Brandford factor, and more. Stay tuned for more updates!

Configuration ⚙️

• Team Management Link 🔗: Added a link to team management in the organization widget at the person level for easier team structure management.

Country-Specific Features 🌍

• UK Integration 🇬🇧: Our UK integration is ready for testing. We've also added specific fields and lists for our UK partner.
• German Calendar Export 🇩🇪: New export functionality to exchange calendar differences with our German provider.‍
• Czech Republic Fields 🇨🇿: We added the first fields for the Czech Republic to support our Czech partner.

Document Management 📂

• New Document Management Module 🗂️: We’ve started on a new module for managing documents at both employee and employer levels. Configuration is complete, and implementation is underway. More to come!

Import/Export 🔄

• Calendar Import Defaults 📆: Simplified calendar imports with default values for TimeFrameType and PersonalCalendarDayTimeType, eliminating the need to provide these columns if defaults are used.

Payroll Closure 🧾

• Completed Processes Visibility 👁️: Completed processes are now visible for 30 days, and failed closures are indicated with a distinct icon.
• Simulate Payroll Closure 🧪: Test run payroll closures to ensure everything is correct before finalizing. Providers will only be notified via email upon successful closure.
• Improved Closure Creation 🚀: Enhanced the closure creation fly-in to consider the provider filter when selecting the employer.
• New Payroll Code Options 📑: Added options for payroll codes, allowing you to choose which codes to send to providers.
• Flexible Closure Dates for Out of Service Contracts 🗓️: Closure dates for out-of-service contracts can now be adjusted, allowing multiple closures as needed.

Translations 🌐

• New Language Added: Polish 🇵🇱: Epix is now available in Polish, expanding our language support and making it easier for Polish-speaking users to navigate and use the platform.
