๐ Country-Specific Enhancements
- Netherlands: Employee template for Nmbrs (NL) is now available. ๐ and taxes field (NL) is hidden when empty ๐
- Netherlands: Payslips from Nmbrs (Visma) now automatically sync in the document management system and are accessible via self-service ๐
- Portugal: Added specific dropdown lists. ๐ฉ๐จ
- Poland: Included a specific 'post office' field. ๐ฌ
- France: Specific pay component export and calendar export added. ๐ซ๐ท
๐ง Closure Enhancements
โPayroll providers now receive an email with a link to closure files. ๐ Access is limited to custom users for security.
๐ Self-Service Improvements
- Auto-approved absence requests now trigger an email with a calendar item (.ics) ๐๏ธ
- Homepage month selection is remembered when navigating between pages ๐
- Uploading Avatars now supports only specific file types (e.g., .jpg) ๐ธ
- Overtime can be requested through self-service, adding hours to the work schedule โฑ๏ธ
- Payroll code linking in the request policy allows uplifting counters based on another payroll codes (eg: overtime counter)๐ผ
๐ก Person & Contract Enhancements
โA link to documentation now explains why the paygroup field might be disabled at the contract level ๐
๐ Import Wizard
โThe import wizard has been reorganized for better flexibility and additional wizard steps in the future (coming up)๐
โWe can now limit the import of calculated data records from payroll providers, useful for excluding 0-value records or parameter non-functional codes ๐ซ
