The Role

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our multinational clients. Reporting to the COO, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Oversee the configuration and setup of the Epix platform to meet the unique requirements of each client
  • To ensure a smooth onboarding, coordinate with local payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues and queries in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Epix by providing feedback on integrations and testing new developments
  • Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions to customers and resellers
  • Participate in webinars and presentations to showcase the Epix platform to prospects and clients.

Our expectations

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing Payroll or HR consultant and/or implementation role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think conceptually
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Proficient in English (CEFR level C2) and comfortable interacting with global stakeholders
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a strong quality focus
  • Proactive, optimistic, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
